Description:

Paper mill production floor needs entry-level machine operators to join the team. Operators will learn how to monitor and operate various large industrial cutting, rolling, coating, and sealing machines. New employees will start in the department closest to the finished product and as they improve, will learn machines located closer to the raw material.

Regular working hours are 5 days on, 5 days off schedule with 12 hour shifts. Most be open to days/nights. This includes plenty of overtime, but also long weekends.

Pay Starts at $22.60 and increases to $24.06 after 90 days (plus overtime).

• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment.

• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot machinery and equipment in a smooth and efficient manner.

• Good communication skills to provide and exchange job-related information with co-workers in a way that facilitates problem solving and decision making.

• Operate mobile equipment and cranes.

• Work constructively in a team environment.

• Perform weekly safety inspections.
