Description

We are seeking a customer service representative who will be a communication link between our company and our customers. The customer service representative will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and customer retention. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the ideal personnel for handling.

• Provide information on products and services to customers.

• Update customer's information in the customer service database during and after calls.

• Work with the management team to maintain and improve service levels.

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer service in a office setting preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
