Kelly Services Quality Engineer in Waterloo, Iowa

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Quality Engineer for a 12+ month contract position at John Deere in Waterloo, IA. This client is an industry-leading mobile equipment manufacturer focused on leading the way in helping produce food, fiber, fuel, and infrastructure. In this role you will identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them. This role will give you an opportunity to carry out a range of product development and engineering activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.

  • Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.

  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

  • Gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in any of the following roles: Supplier Quality, Supply Management and Development or Manufacturing.

  • Bachelors Degree.

Work Authorization:

  • Must be able to work in the United States with current employment authorization documents without a Visa status that will require sponsorship now or in the future, for this position.
