Robert Half is currently recruiting for an exciting and engaging contract role on behalf of our esteemed client in the finance industry. We are seeking applicants for a Front Desk Associate position in Santa Monica.

About the Role:

As the Front Desk Associate, your primary role will be creating the best first impression for our clients and guests by greeting and assisting them with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Your further tasks will include ordering office supplies and arranging the conference rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner

• Help guests and clients with their inquiries

• Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies

• Organize conference room setup for meetings

• Maintain a clean and pleasant front office area for visitors

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a front desk role or related positions

• Exceptional verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Friendly and customer-focused approach

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with Office Suite and other standard office equipment
