Reports to:Finishing Department Supervisor
Working Relationships with: Waste Stripper, Shipping Supervisor
Primary Responsibility:Operate the Baler at standard, safe manner. Follow daily schedule. Maintain equipment. Load Recycle trucks.
Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday 4:00pm until 2:00am
Sign on Bonus: $1,000
Major Duties:
Bale waste at standard maintaining good quality bales.
Keep waste separate by its grade name.
Enforce plant safety and housekeeping procedures.
Check customer specifications prior to set up.
Educate coworkers to improve skills and quality knowledge
Perform other work of like or lesser skill and responsibility incidental to the operation of the department.
Maintain communications with the other shift employees.
Adhere strictly to D.E.P. guidelines setup by YWC.
