Belle Terrace HR and Payroll Processor (Human Resources) in Quakertown, Pennsylvania
Belle Terrace is seeking a full-time Director of HR and Payroll.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies
Coordinating interviews for new staff
Onboarding new hires and organize orientations
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Two years of experience as an HR Director in Healthcare
Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques
Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multi-task.
