*Position Summary *This position is responsible for performing all operations and overall housekeeping needs within the Paint Shop.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities**

• Perform labor operations such as loading/unloading of the paint line using the manipulators or forklifts
• Operate hand tools to demask product
• Properly prep/mask machine/parts for paint.
• Apply Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques to improve inspection methods
• Operate Crane and Rigging Equipment
• Masking, Painting, and Sanding
• Apply Problem Solving Tools and Techniques in an effort to assist Manufacturing in the elimination of defects

Minimum Qualifications

• Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
• High school diploma
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with a forklift
