Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables), excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding of accounting software, and good problem solving/analytic skills are ideal! work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements

• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers

• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue

• Maintain and record fixed assets

• Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary

• Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary

• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies

Skills

• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)

• Excel Pivot Tables (1 year of experience is required)
