Fortune 500, publicly traded global firm is looking to add to the tax department.

The impact you'll make:

• Calculate and or estimate K-1 information along with providing quarterly tax estimates

• Review corporate & partnership tax returns as well as federal and state

• Prepare and/or file tax related items such as but not limited to gross receipts, margin tax, sales & use, etc

• Tax planning, structuring and other tax related projects

The value you bring:

• 7+ years’ experience within financial services industry (private equity a plus) & related tax skillset (ie K-1's, corporate & partnership tax accounting, federal & state income tax, FIN 48, FAS 109, etc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• CPA and/or Masters in Tax is a plus

• Prior public accounting experience preferred
