Kelly Services Business Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Business Analyst , Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in the office. Milwaukee or Paramus is preferred but can consider remote for the right candidate.)

Kelly Services is seeking a Business Analyst to provide process maps, procedure documentation, testing plans and support. HR team is working on transitioning to a new HCM System for one of our top clients.

Length: 6 Months (This is a multi-phase project with the initial phase running through the end of 2025. Project encompasses all of North America (Canada and US).

Type: Contract W2

Pay Rate: $negotiable/hr. (W2)

Schedule: Standard

Interview Process: Virtual or Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.

  • Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.

  • Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.

  • Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

  • Works under the direction of a project manager.

Requirements:

  • Process Documentation

  • Process Mapping

  • Gathering Requirements/User Stories

  • Experience implementing Workday or SuccessFactors Payroll and/or Time modules in a highly regulated and complex union environment.
