Position: (3) Open- Picker/Packer Positions

Location: Middletown, NY Type: Temporary to Perm

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday and one weekday off Pay Rate: $20.71 per hour.

Overview: As a Picker/Packer, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for constructing boxes and efficiently packing them with our beloved products. This role requires dedication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

× Construct boxes and pack products, manually or with automated machines.

× Maintain accurate order picking, packing, and inventory records.

× Perform frequent quality checks and ensure correct labeling.

× Rotate codes according to product rotation schedule.

× Make and fold cartons, close them, and stack on pallets for transfer.

× Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols.

× Clean and sanitize lines during changeovers and assist in setting up lines.

× Assist in waste disposal and product reworking.

× Review daily production schedule and plan accordingly.

× Create pallets, scan into inventory control system, and transfer to warehouse.

Requirements:

× Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

× Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.

× Capability to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

× Willingness to wear required safety attire and PPE, including steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear protection.

× High school diploma or GED required.

Dress Code:

× Casual but appropriate wear.

× Steel toe shoes or boots are mandatory.

× No false eyelashes or nails, no jewelry.

× No clothing with rips, tears, or holes.

× High school diploma or GED required, must be listed on all resumes.

Pay Details: $20.71 per hour
