Job Title: Inventory Data Specialist

Shift: 8:00am,-5:00pm, Mon.-Fri.

Pay: $18-$20/hr.

The primary mission of the Inventory Data Specialist is to work closely with our sales reps, purchasing team, solution teams and our customers to ensure the inventory needed is accurately created and maintained for our Corporate Accounts. Drives a streamlined process for new material creation and maintenance of inventory while working with sales reps and customers to develop a good understanding of customer inventory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES:

  • Act as liaison between Corporate and Vertical Sales Teams, Solution Teams, Materials Management Team, and Customers to ensure efficient setup of onboarding new customer programs and continued accuracy of program product offerings.
  • Performs customer follow up on inventory that isn't moving as originally predicted.
  • Formally tracks all Corporate Inventory/Material Special Projects
  • Supports corporate product and system training.
  • Identifies Material Clean-up projects needed.
  • Provides advice on product and vendor standardization where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • 2 years minimum industry experience preferred with focus on technical aspects of the business.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • SAP system knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels inside and outside the company, both in written and verbal communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to gain cooperation in goal attainment.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problem solving to achieve goals.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level to complete multiple priorities and projects.
