NATURE & SCOPE

The P&L Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of P&L management in NA and LATAM, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability analysis. Responsible to enable and maximize revenue and OP. Supporting the four platform verticals (Portfolio Management, Business Ownership, H&W Synergies Development and activity Track & Report, while working closely with the product life cycle team). Partner with Market Segments, H&W platforms, sales, and the broader functional areas to drive demand generation, support product launch and commercialization, and contribute to the pipeline and alternative ways to drive growth.

The P&L Execution Manager will ensure the value proposition is incorporated into the go-to-market activities across all segments. In addition, he or she will apply tactics and strategies that will increase revenue opportunities involving the necessary function stakeholders in the company.

20% time allocation in overall platform activities, including project management.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic business environment.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

P&L Management:

  • Continuously track demand and streamline processes to swiftly move strategic orders from purchase order to shipment with agility.

  • Analyse financial performance, customer demand trends, and business metrics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.

  • Monitor key financial indicators and proactively address variances and deviations from targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and execute plans to drive P&L performance.

  • Conduct regular P&L reviews, identify areas of improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency

Key Commercialization Projects:

  • Actively support and monitor customer-related projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and timely delivery of solutions.

  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential disruptions.

  • Proactively work with Sales and Product Lifecycle team to ensure successful product launches and lifecycles.

  • Become the Subject Matter and leverage this knowledge through BD and Sales Organization

  • Commercial input and S&OP process to align customer forecast and supply across the different entities.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

  • Coordinate with Operations scale up and industrialization of new products within required standards.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish robust KPIs and performance metrics to track progress against P&L objectives and financial targets. Providing insights into business performance and actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Monitor financial performance regularly, identifying variances, trends, and areas of concern and recommending corrective actions as needed.

  • Drive accountability and transparency across the organization

Education

  • Minimum – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Preferred – MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of six years of experience in financial planning and analysis, P&L management, or related roles, preferably in a Health and Wellness environment.

  • Minimum five years of experience in managing cross-functional projects

  • Managing cross-functional teams by influence

  • Identify tactics and strategies that increase revenue and performance opportunities

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic business environment.

Specific skills

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and P&L dynamics, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyse variances, and develop actionable insights to drive business performance.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L responsibilities and delivering financial results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve P&L objectives.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
