Position Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the Company, State and Federal Government agencies.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment for a safe and productive work environment.

• Provide sound technical support to improve equipment availability.

• Perform Predictive/Preventative Maintenance to maintain safety and decrease downtime of equipment.

• Determine spare parts requirements and make recommendations for equipment.

• Develop, Mentor and Train Maintenance Technicians Entry Level/Apprentices, Level I, II and III.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.

• Associates degree in a technical field or five (5) years’ experience in related technical area.

• Meet all Essential Skills and Experience requirements for a Manufacturing Technician Level I, II and III.

• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and handle stressful situations.

• Ability to work flexible hours for production, development and training needs.
