Your typical work hours will be
Sunday-Thursday 8:30pm-6:00am.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
- You'll be responsible for shift operations, including maintenance oversight of a poultry plant.
- Ensure shift staffing and assist supervisors in training, coaching, and leading their team members.
- Ensure the production and yield requirements are met.
- Safety is of utmost importance, you will ensure team members are following all GMP and safety procedures.
- Monitor and control budget spending, managing your resources within the goals set forth.
All other relevant tasks to the job.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
- Ideally, you'll have a college education.
- You must have management experience in the poultry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept with technology, computers, and math and analytical skills.
THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...
- You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
You will be working inside of a poultry manufacturing plant.
