This position is part of the Shipping/Receiving and Distribution department located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite . At Aldevron , w e combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Shipping/Receiving and Distribution team and report to the Shipping Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist the Sr Manager Logistics to oversee daily workflow of Shipping activities and ensure completion of scheduled tasks.

• Perform data entry and peer review of Shipping documents for accuracy in accordance with procedures, standards, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements.

• Assist in inspection and audit responses by providing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) references to the Quality Assurance (QA) audit team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Two years experience in a logistics role preferred

• Knowledge of inventory software systems, and knowledge of excel to intermediate level.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• International shipping documents

• Technical writing skills
