As a Groundhand, you will play a crucial role in my aerial construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting me, handling tools and heavy materials, performing routine construction-related activities, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of my operations. You will work closely with me to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality services. This position requires physical stamina, flexibility to work in various weather conditions, and a commitment to learning and continuous improvement. A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States are required. 

This job is on the road in various locations of PA Monday-Thursday (Fridays as needed) and back home for the weekends
