Pay Rate: $23/hr+

Long Term Project - Consistent work for years

Hours: 6am - 4pm, Mon - Fri | 6am - 2pm, Sat -- ABILITY TO WORK 80+ HOURS

Job Duties:

• Assisting with site cleanup, temporary fence construction,

• Picking up trash, operating floor scrubbers, and more

• Each team will consist of a foreman and 8-10 laborers

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recent, relevant experience doing construction labor

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs, any weight exceeding this will be a team-lift

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to maneuver stairs - 4+ flights per day

• Ability to walk 10+ miles per day

• Ability to bend/crouch/twist throughout the day -- good physical fitness
