The Clinical Manager will manage planning and administration of client referral through discharge. Manage behavioral support and therapeutic services caseload. Support the clinical process through coaching, consultation, and training for AHTL staff and collaborative partners (parents, counties, schools) as needed, to facilitate solutions focused work.
Compensation Range is $52K -$56K negotiable - Masters Degree in Social Work or related Field required - Preferred Credential (APSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT)
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Services
Provide behavioral support, therapeutic services and coaching
Schedule and participate clinical meetings as required ; Participate in making treatment plans and setting client objectives; write client summaries
Program Management and Support
Direct service caseload and required supervision; Observation and feedback to broaden staff skill levels; Provide crisis support as needed
Administrative
Management of daily operations for the clinical team (therapy schedule, goals achievement, objectives reporting, etc.)
Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical directives to ensure that client needs, agency standards and funding requirements are met
Maintain documentation, client files, and statistics (as required) to include client objectives progress
Prioritize the use of best and evidence-based practices, including researching programming trends and current practices being used by other similar organizations
