If you're eager to align yourself with a fantastic company offering exceptional benefits and competitive pay rates to support your career and financial ambitions, we want to hear from you! 1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm, with potential for overtime opportunities Starting Pay: $19-$21 per hour (depending on experience) As a CNC Mill Operator, you will learn and operate CNC Machines and machining centers, applying fundamental knowledge of machine shop theory, procedures, shop mathematics, material machinability, and layout techniques. Key Responsibilities: Acquire knowledge in industrial math, print reading, and machining theory relevant to your assigned department. Receive guidance from Trainers or Team Leaders to develop skills specific to your department. Handle loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products from the machine. Perform basic deburring tasks on products. Demonstrate proficiency in using and reading Micrometers and Calipers. Gain an understanding of safety protocols, sawing, drilling, materials, turning, and speeds and feeds. Familiarize with the safe operation of lathes and milling machines within your assigned department. Adhere to operation sequences on routers. Maintain effective communication with colleagues and team leaders to coordinate tasks and follow instructions. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience preferred. Strong work ethic with an excellent attendance record. Detail-oriented mindset with a desire to advance to a machinist role. Physical capability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend frequently. Ability to lift between 10 and 50 pounds regularly. Commitment to adhering to Company safety policies.
