Job Summary:

  • Gain fundamental understanding of work instructions and visual specifications used as

  • acceptance and rejection criteria.

  • Visually inspects product and segregates nonconforming material to work instructions and/or

  • visual specifications.

  • Adequately describe identified defects in QN descriptions for the purposes of further material

  • review.

  • Solumina software navigation, including ability to correctly read and interpret work instructions,

  • identify holds, research material, and either accept or reject product.

  • SAP software navigation, including ability to research QN’s to aid defect descriptions and

  • interpret dispositions on previously QN’d material.

  • This is an AWW shift (weekend Fri - Sun 630a - 630p) work for 36 hours get paid for 40

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inspection stamp integrity as dictated by procedural requirements. Inspect material.

  • without escapes. Obtain DX level inspection stamp.

  • Perform simple and/or routine over inspections in the production the lines.

  • Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required.

  • Initiate E1819 manufacturing inspection ticket.

  • Achieve understanding of how and when to initiate a variation.

  • Understand how and when to submit work orders and/or help desk ticket requests.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience in quality

Additional Information:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
