Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Summary:

The Quality Operations Data Analyst - Associate is responsible for coordinating and monitoring quality performance as it relates to quality agreements, KPIs, and other quality programs as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with internal and external customers to define quality metrics

  • Translate clinical workflows into detailed report specifications.

  • Research national and regional benchmarks.

  • Validate quality data.

  • Perform data analytics.

  • Identify and report or resolve data integrity issues.

  • Educate end-users of quality measurement.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data performance and reporting.

  • Provide detailed and high-level problem solving.

  • Collaborates with system IT and programming experts as appropriate.

  • Tracks, meets, and reports data submission deadlines as appropriate for work assignments.

  • Performs other duties as delegated by management for which the employee is qualified to perform.

  • Demonstrates self-motivation with an ability to work independently, prioritize needs, pay attention to detail, organize complex processes, think creatively, and interact in a professional manner.

  • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with members, physicians, other medical disciplines, and management staff.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Experience leading projects Understanding of the health care delivery setting and quality measurement Must have working knowledge of the following software: Relational databases, Workflow Management, Microsoft Excel, and Word Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Independent travel to various sites required.

Education

  • Required Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.
