Duck Creek Mobile Home Park, a 30-unit park west of Billings, is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds. The Park has modern equipment including mowers, loaders, tractors, plows, a snow removal machine with a heated cab, etc. Will operate equipment and perform hand work as needed to keep the grounds attractive, safe, and in good repair, and will remove snow and ice during the winter. Will maintain and repair the equipment as needed. Employer has a large heated shop to work in and will provide any necessary tools. Qualifications: - Must have experience operating groundskeeping equipment. - Must have mechanical ability. - Must have a valid driver's license. Hours: Full time. Employer will pay for 40 hours per week, though you will frequently work less than 40 hours. Wage: $15.00 per hour depending on qualifications. Employer will provide housing.
