Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. This role will primarily focus on managing and processing customer accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. The position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing an avenue to grow and develop within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handle similar tasks to an Accounts Receivable role, with an emphasis on detailed knowledge

• Process and send out rebate checks for specific customers

• Convert PDF documents into Excel format using systems like Monarch

• Maintain effective communication with the Sales department

• Overtime, manage a few larger accounts independently

• Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and pivot tables to organize and analyze data

• Maintain and update accounts receivable records

• Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their credit accounts. Requirements

• Must have a strong understanding and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in Data Entry operations

• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel required

• Experience with Pivot Table is a must

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
