Job Summary: The Offset Bindery Operator performs book binding operations in a commercial print shop. The position operates one or several machines used in the book binding process. Efficiently receives, processes, and maintains production orders. Operates and maintains organized work area to deliver jobs to both internal and external customers. This position will follow all housekeeping and safety standards of BTPS. You will Train on 1st 6am-2pm until your ready to move to 2nd. Once on 2nd shift you will receive a $1.50 shift difference pay. Duties/Responsibilities: Operate bindery equipment. Communicates with other departments. Assists with packing when need. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Ability to perform simple math. Ability to use a ruler (standard and metric) Basic computer skills Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education and Experience: High degree of accuracy and organization.
