Job Description SEE is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to install, repair, improve, and maintain complex machinery and facilities, supporting plant goals of safety, quality, and productivity. The Maintenance Technician will work in a challenging and rewarding environment, ensuring the seamless operation of equipment and facilities. Work schedule is 3 pm - 11 pm rotate on weekends that site is working. Starting pay $30+ hourly depending on experience Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and repair facilities and production equipment to minimize downtime and create a safe work environment. - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to enhance reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime. - Assist in the specification of new equipment to ensure proper specification and application. - Install new facility and production equipment according to schedule and assist in optimizing the performance of new equipment to maintain company profitability and competitive advantage. - Develop, recommend, and implement improvements to facilities and equipment to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. - Repair or upgrade existing machine components to maintain a supply of replacement parts. - Complete paperwork on repairs, preventive maintenance, parts requests, and project work to ensure proper documentation of work and communication of needs. - Follow AIB and ISO guidelines while performing daily functions. Qualifications - General maintenance work background with primary strength in electrical and industrial. - Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial control systems. - Proficiency in AC/DC motors, drives, motor starters, speed feedback devices, transducers (sensors), programmable controllers (PLCs), and control signals. - Proficient in reading hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, and ladder logic/control diagrams. - Skills in electrical/electronic, general welding, general machining, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with a strong emphasis on electrical. - Availability for overtime, weekends, and possible off-shift work.
